Compensation Analyst
The Compensation Analyst administers compensation programs as directed by the Compensation Manager including salary administration, job evaluation, and wage and salary management programs. Supports the planning, development, and implementation of new and existing compensation programs and assists with detailed analysis, modeling, and costing of pay programs. Performs various Human Resources system (HRIS) activities to ensure data accuracy
